Privacy Policy

Template for launch preparation. Site operator must check and complete data controller identity, legal basis, retention and third-party details before public launch.

Files you upload

When you convert files, your browser uploads them directly to our processing server. The worker stores temporary inputs and outputs to complete the requested conversion; it deletes temporary processing files normally within 60 minutes. Files are not used to train AI systems.

Account and usage data

If you register, we store your email address, salted password hash, subscription plan and limited conversion history. Free daily limits use a keyed hash derived from your public IP address to prevent repeated quota resets. We do not store the uploaded document contents in our website database.

Payments

Payments, if enabled, are processed by Stripe. Stripe may process billing and card information under its own privacy policy. FileVado stores a billing customer ID, subscription ID and plan status, not full card details.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS, access tokens and isolated processing. Usage records and account records are retained for service operation unless deleted according to applicable law and a verified request. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

To request access, correction or deletion of account information, contact support@filevado.com. We will assess requests according to applicable law. We do not install advertising scripts in this starter deployment.
