Terms of Service

Launch template: obtain local legal/accounting review and add your business identity, address, tax details, effective date, consumer rights and refund terms before accepting real payments.

Using FileVado

You may upload only files you own or are authorized to process. You must not upload malicious content or attempt to bypass rate limits, disrupt the service, probe other users' conversions, or use automated traffic that harms availability.

Limits and availability

The free plan offers up to 3 conversions per UTC day. Plus offers 100 and Premium offers 1,000 per UTC day. File size and media duration limits also apply. A successful conversion counts once. We cannot guarantee exact formatting fidelity for every file type or uninterrupted service availability.

Subscriptions

Once payments are enabled, Plus is $5 per month and Premium is $15 per month, before applicable tax, billed automatically until canceled. Customers can cancel through their billing portal. Any mandatory statutory withdrawal, refund, and consumer rights remain applicable.

Privacy and acceptable use

Uploaded files are processed to provide your requested output and automatically removed after a short retention period. You are responsible for backing up originals and reviewing converted files before relying on them.
